Don and Denise Offutt live in Woodbine, Md.  We have three children, three dogs, and a cat. 

We started our business when we got our dog, Duncan.  We decided to look into getting a hidden fence and went with the original.  After getting what I thought less than quality workmanship and care, I decided that this was a business that I could offer alot to the community.  My backround included electrical and telecommunications.  I had owned and trained my own dogs for obedience and was very comfortable with dogs.

I contacted a competing brand and found they were looking for a dealer in my area.  Friendly Pet Boundaries was now born.

After building the business for 3 years, we decided to go full time to insure our customers the very best pet fence service in the industry.

We were building a wonderful business, but my love and desire to help people and their pets grew.  I needed to know more about dogs and understand how they learn.  We decided to take a once in a lifetime opportunity and advance our education in dog training by enrolling at the Triple Crown Academy school for dog trainers in Hutto TX.

After completing the course we were able to offer more knowledge than anyone in our industry.  Not only about hidden fencing, but about dog training and dog behavior.  We could truly offer the best products, best service and the very best training.
